As with any glues & adhesives it is possible for you to have a reaction. We ALWAYS recommend carrying out a patch test before use.

Apply a small amount of product behind your ear and leave for 24hrs. If irritations occurs, wash the area with warm water and discontinue use of product immediately. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

LALA LASH UK disclaims any liability for skin reactions. We always recommend patch testing each product before use. This is recommended on each of our product pages & is highlighted in a leaflet that comes with every order.

After a patch test, if irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product immediately and rinse the area with warm water. If irritation continues, please seek medical advice.

LALA LASH adhesives are water resistant. They are splash proof, however we recommend to avoid submerging in water.

If they get wet, allow the to dry naturally then clamp and re-seal.

Avoid washing face directly under the shower. Instead use a damp flannel & oil free cleanser or oil free face wipe.

Take extra care whilst around the eye area. A cotton but can be used to remove stubborn makeup.

Oils break down the adhesive and can reduce retention duration - use oil free cleansers only.

Yes. If positioned correctly you will not feel them at all. LALA LASHES are super soft & lightweight.

We recommend positioning the LALA LASH segment 1-2mm away from the inner & outer corners of your eye & your water line.

If you can feel a segment when you blink, or if you are not happy with initial placement for any reason, remove and reapply before sealing.

We recommend purchasing one of our starter kits or starter bundles initially as these will provide you with all the tools you need to physically apply the lashes. We also have tutorials page that will give you all the information you need. Any problems...please get in touch!

Occasionally a segment may become loose or fall off.

LALA LASHES can be infilled easily by reapplying bond to the segment spine & sealing.

LALA LASHES are removed using our removal oil - the product and instructions on how to use can be found here.

LALA LASHES can be reused if removed correctly and cleaned thoroughly.

If there is any removal oil left on the lashes, they will not adhere a second time.
